The Cost of Disengagement Is Inside Your Organization

  • $1.9 Trillion — Total annual cost of disengaged employees in the U.S.
  • 34% — Of an employee's annual salary lost per disengaged worker
  • $150,000/year — Lost productivity in the average 50-person business
  • $18,000–$27,000 — Cost to replace just one departed employee

The numbers aren't abstract — they're happening right now inside your organization. Disengagement isn't about bad employees. It's about what's getting in their way. And that is completely within your control to change.

I work with organizations to identify exactly where the breakdown is happening — in communication, alignment, trust, or leadership — and build the kind of foundation that stops the drain before it starts. Whether through a focused workshop, a leadership retreat, or an ongoing EAP partnership, the work is always the same: reduce the noise, clear what's in the way, and unlock what your team is already capable of.

The investment is far smaller than the cost of doing nothing.

When Your Team Is Busy But Not Aligned, It's Time to Reset

Your people aren't the problem — the pressure is. When the pace is relentless and the priorities keep shifting, even the most committed teams start to drift. The clarity fades. The communication frays. And the people who once moved together start to move apart.

That's where I come in

I bring the kind of facilitation that actually moves people — toward clarity, honest conversation, and decisions that stick. The work is real, the outcomes are documented, and the momentum doesn't stop when the day ends.

Warm and grounded in the room. Direct when it counts. Always focused on outcomes.

A Curated Team When You Need One

For engagements that call for additional expertise, I bring in a trusted network of specialists — coaches, facilitators, and wellness professionals — selected specifically for your organization's needs and culture. Every person in the room is vetted, aligned with my approach, and focused on one thing: outcomes that hold.

I had the pleasure of bringing Pamela in to lead a workshop series for a women's wellness retreat in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Over three full days, she guided our group through a cohesive, beautifully designed series focused on emotional freedom, releasing the roles that have boxed us in, and stepping into who we're truly willing to become. The sessions were insightful, impactful, and created a genuinely safe space for reflection and growth. Pamela brings wonderful energy to the room and a beautiful heart. I'm so grateful for the way she deepened the experience for everyone there.

How We Can Work Together

The Investment

Investment varies based on scope and team size. A single workshop is often the starting point — and frequently the beginning of something longer. Reach out and we will scope something that makes sense for your team.

Corporate Wellness Workshops (60–120 minutes)

Focused, practical sessions designed to give your team tools they can use immediately. Especially powerful for organizations supporting helpers, caregivers, clinical and non-clinical staff, and EAP-connected teams navigating burnout and self-care. Topics include stress management, boundary-setting, communication under pressure, and rebuilding personal resilience. These sessions are also available as part of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) partnerships.

Half-Day & Full-Day Team Intensives

For teams that are capable but getting slowed down by friction, unclear ownership, or priorities that keep shifting. We spend focused time on what's actually getting in the way — and leave with aligned decisions, clear ownership, and a realistic plan that holds.

Executive Leadership Retreat Facilitation (1–2 days)

For leadership teams that need more than a good conversation. We go deeper — building communication agreements, resolving the circular discussions that keep resurfacing, and creating an operating rhythm that supports both performance and the people behind it.

Built Around What Your Team Needs

Step 1: Corporate Consult

A brief conversation to understand your urgency, your goals, and what's driving the request.

Step 2: Needs Assessment

Depending on the scope, this may include stakeholder interviews, pre-work questions, and a leadership pulse check. The goal is to identify priorities, friction points, and what success actually looks like for your organization.

Step 3: Custom Design & Facilitation

The agenda is built around the findings — then facilitated with clear structure, intentional pacing, and outcomes that get documented, not forgotten.

Step 4: Reinforcement (recommended)

The work holds when there's follow-through. Options include 30/60/90-day check-ins and accountability sessions to keep momentum alive after the room clears.

What It's Like in the Room

I'm warm, grounded, and direct. I lead with a calm presence and I keep the room productive — even when the conversation gets real.

You can expect clear structure and honest pacing, conversations that stay both respectful and true, facilitation where no one person dominates and no one disappears, decisions that get documented, and next steps that actually have owners and timelines attached.

A Few Questions I'll Ask Early

These questions help me make sure we're solving the right problem — not just the presenting one:

What's working right now, and what isn't?

What do you want to be true after we meet that isn't true today?

Where does execution consistently stall?

What keeps resurfacing no matter how many times you've addressed it?

What did you hope would happen — but didn't?

What does success look like at 30, 60, and 90 days?

If those questions feel relevant, we are likely a good fit.

EAP & Organizational Wellness Partnerships

I work with organizations as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider, delivering both introductory wellness workshops and private 1:1 coaching for employees navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, and personal challenges.

If your organization is looking for a trusted, human-centered coaching partner to support your people — not just your processes — I'd love to connect.

Ready to Reset the Room?

Whether you are considering a single workshop or a full leadership retreat, the first step is a short conversation. To help us move quickly, come ready with your organization name and team size, your timing and any hard constraints, what's going well and what isn't, and the outcome that would make this a clear win.

Your people are your foundation. When they're steady, everything else holds.
